Experience in equipment CORE Ericsson (APZ 212-40, R12.1 CN-G0)Update Software for CP (ACA, IPA, EPA) and APG (ACM, AGM) .Through the Software Management Organizer (SMO) with OSS to load theupdate.
Ericsson provides The software package provides for the Update.
Verify there are not alarms both CP/AP before load Update Sw.
Save alarms log of the Central before the update.Use the Software Management Organizer (SMO) with OSS to load theupdate.
Import the software package to SMO TOOLSetting the JOB in the SOS to perform to load softwarePerform update software to network element (NE)Perform matrix test call center after the update has been donesuccessfully.
Check the status of Central after updateSave log alarms at the end of the update.
